建立研究者－图书馆员合作伙伴关系（Researcher-Librarian Partnership）是国际图联图书馆理论与研究组（Library Theory and Research Section）于2010年最近推出一项新举措。

研究技能与知识是确保图书馆和图书馆员有效且高效工作的最基本工具，以满足用户和社区不断增长需求。建立研究者－图书馆员合作伙伴关系是一项指导性方案，将为新专业人士发展和完善他们技能、知识以及从事研究树立信心方面提供一个很好机会。

 有6名图书情报人员已获选2010/2011年指导方案：

1.Tamara Braithwaite，特立尼达和多巴哥共和国

题目：加勒比地区国际关系妇女研究（Women's Studies in International Relations of the Caribbean）

2.Pegge Cabrera，美国

题目：通往学习之路：马丁‧路德‧金博士图书馆和高中生的学习经历（A Gateway for Learning: The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Library and the high school student experience）

3.Sara Chiesse，意大利

题目：图书馆影响力评价（Impact evaluation of libraries）

4.Victoria O Etoromi，尼日利亚

题目：图书馆员在尼日利亚社会的教育和信息发展方面所起到作用（Librarians' role in the educational and informational development of the Nigerian Society）

5.Gwen Mar，斐济群岛共和国

题目：理解教师为改善学生信息素养所做贡献的水平（Understanding the level of contribution made by teaching faculty to promote information literacy amongst their students）

6．Christina Nilsen，加拿大

题目：对大学图书馆员的看法――成为高等教育信息素养的指导者（Faculty perception of librarian-led information literacy instruction in higher education）。
